Hello!

I am Alex, the proprietor of Cafe Alejandro. I’ve been making coffee for friends & family for as long as I can remember.

After a lifetime in retail, I retired. Then spent the next 3 years of deep internal inquiry and soul searching and realized…yeah, coffee. THAT’S what I want to do. Completely. Full time. But not behind a counter or for someone else…for myself.

So? So I delved into the world of Food Trucks. Learning everything; gleaning information. All. Of. It. There isn’t a guidebook on how-to-start, or ACQUIRE a truck. So it was exceptional beginning baby steps learning from the get go. But I was a sponge. Absorbing all the minutiae of information I could get my eyeballs on.

I found a truck (with exceptional difficulty), jumped through next-level financial hoops and the morass of bureaucratic Red Tape, and then I was in possession of what would become the Best Purple Coffee Truck ever!

Seriously, come by the truck, and you’ll brand it as your new favorite thing. You’ll find me, your humble caffeine dealer, always available for a chat and a smile and can you say Mocha?
